Step1- Login to your dashboard


Step2- Select the widget and click on pencil icon


Step3- Scroll down to see "Call to Action settings" column


Step4- You will find the "Form" as the 1st action settings button


Step5- Enter the required field information and click "update widget"

 Login to your dashboard

Select the widget and click "edit"

You will find the "Form" as the 2nd action settings button
