How to create a Survey widget

Step1- Log into your popsuite dashboard and click "create a widget" from top left
Step 2- Select the type of widget
Step 3- Enter the required information
Step 4 - Save the widget
Step 5 - click on the publish button on the top right corner of the dashboard and enable the widget
Step 6 - Copy & Paste the widget link in your website header/footer.
